Description

You will support business units in selecting software solutions and take responsibility for managing IT project execution end-to-end, from kickoff through go-live. The role includes implementation, upgrades, and rollouts, handling internal customer requests via a demand management process. You will coordinate project teams across all phases, control time/quality/budget plans, and report progress to leadership with decision materials.

Responsibilities

• Support business units with the selection of software solutions
• Manage project execution from kickoff to go-live (implementation, upgrade, rollout)
• Use demand management to process internal customer requests
• Lead and coordinate project teams through all project phases as the central point of contact
• Monitor project time, quality, and budget plans
• Organize and coordinate within complex framework conditions
• Advise internal customers and ensure efficient order clarification
• Report project progress to leadership bodies and prepare project-based decision templates

Requirements

• Completed degree in business informatics, business administration, or comparable qualification
• Teamwork, strong presentation skills, and persuasion
• Experience in digitizing business processes
• Multi-year experience and certification in project management models (PMI, PRINCE, or similar)
• Experience in sales and multi-project management is desirable
• Willingness to travel
• Very good German and English skills
