Description

Own the partnership strategy to expand product capabilities and grow the total addressable market. Identify product proposition opportunities, manage partner relationships, and execute go-to-market motions in collaboration with partners. Lead joint engagements such as workshops and proprietary asset builds, and measure partnership success against agreed targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify product proposition opportunities and suitable partners to bring them to market

  • Research and track high-impact banking issues and partner capabilities that complement your product

  • Track partners aligned with commercial targets and prospects to strengthen positioning

  • Create partner collateral and narrative for a “better together” story focused on the customer problem, combined capabilities, and customer value

  • Lead partner engagements developing proprietary assets that align with product direction

  • Run low-level workshops and demos reflecting product evolution and direction

  • Ensure partner solutions enhance your offering without duplicating internal roadmaps and engineering efforts

  • Build and iterate a joint go-to-market strategy, partnership plan, objectives, targets, and success criteria

  • Manage partner relationships, identify incentive programs, and ensure the right stakeholders are brought into builds aligned to the roadmap

Requirements

  • Strong technical understanding of core banking, payment processing platforms, and cloud-native architecture (including cloud service provider partnership experience)

  • Ability to judge technical fit of partner solutions against a complex engineering roadmap and communicate with both developers and executives

  • Thorough understanding of the banking landscape from competitor, macro-economic, and regulatory perspectives

  • Ability to track technology and banking trends and relate them to product and client needs

  • In-depth knowledge of ISV partner technology, service offerings, incentives, and priorities

  • Strong presentation skills for client and partner executives

  • Strong project management skills

  • Strong relationship and interpersonal skills
