Description

The Senior Program Manager will coordinate delivery of feature-oriented, technical roadmaps for engineering teams, primarily supporting the ecosystem integrations with third-party integrations. You will manage project tasks, dependencies across functional teams, and help set up agile processes. The role also involves automating repeatable workflows using Jira automation and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to plan and execute technical roadmaps
• Coordinate project tasks and manage dependencies between functional teams (e.g., Production Engineering, Security, Quality Assurance)
• Support agile process setup
• Automate repeatable processes using Jira automation and AI tools

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project/Program Management (or related)
• Proven track record delivering complex projects/programs to completion
• Experience with release management for cloud and/or client applications
• Process improvement mindset
• Jira, Confluence, and Productboard skills
• Strong technical skills, including experience with infrastructure projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
