Description

You will lead complex IT technology projects in a regulated environment, ensuring GxP-aligned governance, documentation, and process control. The role includes end-to-end delivery from planning through implementation and closure, with governance/reporting setup, and active management of risks, dependencies, budget, and change control. You will coordinate cross-functional work with business, IT, Quality Assurance, and Compliance stakeholders, and prepare steering committee materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT technology projects from planning to go-live and project closure

• Define scope, schedule, milestones, and project priorities

• Coordinate initiatives that must meet regulatory and quality standards

• Create and maintain governance structures, reporting rules, and decision-making processes

• Monitor progress, budget, risks, dependencies, and execution quality

• Ensure appropriate project documentation and process compliance with standards

• Coordinate collaboration between business, technology, Quality Assurance, and Compliance teams

• Manage stakeholder communication and align on key project decisions

• Prepare status reports, risk analyses, and steering committee materials

• Identify issues early and implement mitigation actions

• Oversee change management and control project scope

• Support improvements to project management standards and governance processes

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience managing IT projects or transformation initiatives

• Very strong Project Management skills (planning, coordination, oversight)

• Good knowledge of regulated environments and requirements for compliance, quality, and documentation

• Experience with Project Governance (governance structures, reporting, decision processes)

• Very strong Stakeholder Management skills with business and technical stakeholders

• Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and dependencies

• Ability to coordinate work delivered by teams across different organization areas

• Experience producing project documentation, status reports, and executive materials

• Skills in change management and running escalation processes

• Independence, excellent organization and communication skills
