• Role: Product Owner

• Work model: Hybrid (3 days per week in Warsaw office)

• Pay: 880–1,280 PLN net/day (based on experience and competencies)

Description

You will build and enforce the product vision, defining the development direction, creating the roadmap, and driving end-to-end product initiatives from discovery through commercial launch. The role includes stakeholder communication, backlog ownership, user story creation, and ensuring transparency for both the team and stakeholders. You will also analyze product metrics (TTM, ROI, KPI, OKR, NPS) to continuously improve roadmap decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, development direction, and roadmap; consistently drive execution

• Manage stakeholders: communicate, align priorities, moderate expectations, and influence strategic decisions

• Own the product backlog: prioritize, refine requirements, ensure transparency, and prepare releasable items

• Create complete user stories with business justification; split requirements into releasable elements

• Monitor product metrics (TTM, ROI, KPI, OKR, NPS) and use insights to shape the roadmap

• Lead end-to-end product initiatives from discovery to commercial implementation

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of product experience

• Ability to maintain a consistent product vision and roadmap tied to business goals

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to manage expectations assertively

• Practical experience with the product development process, working with a Scrum Team, and tracking progress

• Advanced backlog management with value-based prioritization and transparent backlog for team and stakeholders

• Experience creating complete user stories and breaking requirements into releasable increments

• Insurance industry experience of at least 3 years
