Description

You will own the product roadmap and drive delivery for a B2B mobile application used by business clients and fleets. The product integrates fueling, charging electric vehicles, and car wash services, spanning application features, backend, APIs, integrations, and data & analytics. You will collaborate closely with developers, architects, QA, Data & Analytics, and business stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the product roadmap: planning, prioritization, and oversight of feature delivery

  • Translate business and technical needs into actionable Scrum team tasks

  • Create and evolve user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional/technical requirements

  • Manage and maintain the product backlog (define, organize, prioritize)

  • Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, Data & Analytics, and key business stakeholders

  • Represent the Scrum team with other teams and stakeholders

  • Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure timely delivery

  • Ensure quality, scalability, security, and architectural compliance

  • Coordinate dependencies between teams, systems, and external vendors

  • Support testing, releases, and production deployment processes

  • Analyze user and stakeholder feedback and translate it into product improvements

  • Initiate improvements to the product, processes, and how the team works

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years as Product Owner/TPO or a similar role

  • Experience as Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Software Developer

  • Good technical understanding of mobile apps, backend, APIs, integrations, architecture, and system performance

  • Experience managing complex digital products/projects in corporate environments

  • Ability to connect business and technical perspectives into concrete product requirements

  • Experience working with developer teams in Agile/Scrum

  • Experience working across multiple teams and managing cross-team dependencies

  • Practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence

  • Knowledge of SDLC processes (requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment)

  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
