• Location/Mode: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Description

Own and drive the strategy, optimization, and continuous improvement of a Sanity CMS platform. Define the product roadmap, streamline content workflows, design information architecture and content models, and lead integration initiatives with external systems. Bridge content operations and development by serving as the point of contact for CMS integrations and by enabling AI-assisted content workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the CMS roadmap: set product direction, prioritize feature requests, and manage Sanity vendor relationships

• Design and implement workflows to streamline operations for content teams

• Develop information architecture, content models, taxonomy, and metadata standards

• Lead CMS integrations with external systems via APIs, webhooks, and third-party tools

• Train content and product teams on CMS capabilities, best practices, and new features

• Monitor CMS health, identify bottlenecks, and run improvement initiatives

• Design and implement AI-assisted content workflows, automation, and process scaling

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in CMS product management, content architecture, or CMS operations

• Deep understanding of CMS structure and architecture (Sanity experience is a bonus)

• Experience designing workflows and optimizing processes for cross-functional teams

• Comfortable acting as a point of contact between technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Proven track record with AI-assisted content workflows and automation
