Description

Own and evolve internal software solutions by gathering business needs, structuring requirements, and translating them into technical tasks for developers. Support quality through testing of new features, and create training materials and documentation (supported by AI). Actively analyze existing processes and contribute improvement ideas across technical and business perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and extend applications, especially a custom ERP, sales partner portal, and customer portal
• Capture, document, and structure requirements from business departments
• Translate requirements into developer tasks using issue tracking and user stories
• Test new functionality to ensure quality and consistency
• Create training materials, run introductions, and maintain continuous documentation supported by AI
• Analyze existing processes and propose improvements (technical and business)

Requirements

• Completed degree with an IT focus (e.g., Business Informatics, Technical Business Administration, Digitalization) or comparable qualification
• Good technical understanding with initial exposure to web applications or software development
• Structured, communicative, and independent working style
• Process-oriented mindset, willingness to learn, and active contribution
• Interest in AI, automation, and modern tools; willingness to further develop
