Description

You will be responsible for AI-first, production-ready features inside a real estate software ecosystem. No short “demo-only” POCs: the work you define is expected to reach real production use. You will clarify requirements, prioritize the backlog, and coordinate integration of external AI services—including testing their limits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare new client projects and functionalities together with the client

• Connect multiple AI services, test their limits, and integrate them into existing systems

• Propose AI features that provide real value for users (not marketing demos)

• Analyze and refine requirements using user stories, diagrams, wireframes, or prototypes

• Own the product’s development end-to-end (business and technical)

• Select solutions based on business value and implementation complexity

• Organize team delivery in 14-day Scrum sprints

Requirements

• Passion for AI and technology; experiment with AI services and track their capabilities

• Hands-on experience using AI in practice (ideally something you built or automated)

• Strong interest in IT trends and ability to assess useful products on the market

• Ability to gather client needs and turn them into clear specifications for developers

• Ideally experience with information systems (ERP/CRM) or web and mobile applications

• Experience with project management and tools (Jira or similar)

• Comfortable communication; can both give and receive honest feedback

• Ability to do software analysis (text requirements, diagrams, project planning/roadmap)

• Familiarity with Scrum
