Description

You will own the product vision and long-term roadmap for a strategic tool used by a broad set of business users. After the project phase, you will ensure stable maintenance while planning and coordinating development and optimization initiatives. You will lead a dedicated delivery team, manage budget and execution, and use KPIs and data to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Scheduling Tool product after the project phase and ensure stable ongoing maintenance
  • Create and execute a long-term product roadmap aligned with business goals
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritize initiatives, and plan subsequent development stages
  • Lead a dedicated delivery (production) team and coordinate its work
  • Own the budget for maintaining and developing the product
  • Plan and coordinate development, implementation, and optimization initiatives
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and communication between business and technology areas
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify user needs and define business value
  • Monitor product performance indicators and recommend improvement actions
  • Oversee solution quality and support implementation and user adoption
  • Coordinate with external vendors and IT teams involved in product development

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Owner, or similar role in business systems development
  • Experience managing a product backlog and defining product direction
  • Ability to translate business needs into product requirements and an action plan
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and experience in cross-functional product teams
  • Experience collaborating with IT teams, business analysts, architects, and business stakeholders
  • Ability to make product decisions based on data, business goals, and user needs
  • Experience defining and monitoring product KPIs and success metrics
  • Very good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholder groups
  • Independence, accountability, and execution orientation
  • English at least B2 for business collaboration and working with documentation

Nice to have

  • Higher education in management, IT, economics, business analysis, or related fields
  • Experience running implementation or transformational projects related to digital product development
  • Project management competencies (planning, risk and dependency management)
  • Knowledge of Medicover environment and tools such as Scheduling Tool, CIS, Patient Care, and “Strefa dla Lekarzy”
  • Experience preparing business cases and analyzing business value
  • Knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence
  • Experience working with data and analyzing digital product performance
