Description

You will independently develop and customize the ServiceNow platform in an international environment, handling tasks ranging from configuration to custom development.

The assignment includes migrating an intranet from SharePoint to ServiceNow, rebuilding forms and workflows (especially for Finance) in Service Catalog and Flow Designer, and integrating intranet pages with Box. You will also build CMDB from scratch, expand Agile functions, improve ITSM incident/ticket handling, and support integrations including the data flow from ServiceNow to Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Migrate the intranet from SharePoint to ServiceNow; recreate forms and workflows from InfoPath (primarily Finance) in Service Catalog and Flow Designer
• Customize the intranet portal (including custom development) and integrate with Box on department pages
• Launch the CMDB module from scratch: design the data model, define CI classes, and load data into the module
• Enable and expand Agile features in ServiceNow: sprint planning, time recording per task, and burndown reporting
• Improve ITSM, with a focus on incident and ticket handling
• Support integrations with Box and the existing ServiceNow data flow into Snowflake
• Independently lead assigned topics and work directly with the IT department

Requirements

• Several years of practical ServiceNow experience as a developer or administrator with delivered projects (certifications not required)
• Experience building complex forms and workflows with approvals in Service Catalog and Flow Designer
• Experience customizing Service Portal or Employee Center, including widget development
• Strong ServiceNow JavaScript skills: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, GlideRecord
• Participation in at least one CMDB go-live
• Experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders and independently owning assigned topics
• Good English proficiency and availability to work a few hours per day during US business hours
