Description

As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will manage platform operations to ensure secure, stable, and scalable ServiceNow environments. You will maintain performance, implement enhancements, support upgrades, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain ServiceNow instances to ensure stability, availability, and performance

• Configure, customize, and extend platform capabilities for business needs

• Provide operational support, diagnose issues, and resolve them within defined SLAs

• Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver improvements

• Plan and execute platform upgrades while keeping version alignment across environments

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and configuration standards

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform

• ServiceNow System Administrator certification

• Understand ITSM and CMDB, and at least two additional ServiceNow modules

• Familiarity with databases and integration standards (REST, SOAP, SSO, SAML)

• Analytical problem-solving and ability to adapt to changing priorities

• English communication at C1 level with effective collaboration across stakeholders
