Description

You will define the architecture runway for the Standardised Corporate Loans Hub and lead the design of complex, business-critical software solutions. You will translate business and functional requirements into scalable, robust, and compliant technical solutions, while guiding development teams with architecture decisions, design principles, and best practices. You will drive adoption of modern architectural approaches (microservices, monolith, and event-driven architectures) and proactively conduct architecture and design reviews to identify risks early.

Responsibilities

• Define the architecture runway for the Standardised Corporate Loans Hub

• Lead design of complex, business-critical software solutions

• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, robust, compliant technical solutions

• Provide technical leadership and guidance on architecture decisions, design principles, and best practices

• Drive adoption of modern architectural approaches, including microservices, monolith, and event-driven architectures

• Conduct architecture and design reviews; identify technical risks and drive mitigation actions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• 10+ years of software development experience, including leading or guiding development teams

• Strong hands-on experience with software architecture and system design

• Proven experience designing distributed systems and service-based architectures

• Experience with workflow engines or Business Process Management (BPM) platforms

• Experience with cloud platforms
