Description

You will bridge business needs and technology capabilities to design scalable end-to-end solutions that drive efficiency, standardization, and business value across the enterprise. You will translate business and process requirements into solution designs, define functional capabilities and use cases across processes, data, and technology platforms, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and strategic objectives. You will also manage dependencies across systems and domains, support portfolio and roadmap planning, and help drive adoption and scaling of digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize digital transformation opportunities focused on business value creation

• Translate business and process requirements into scalable digital solution designs

• Define functional capabilities, use cases, and solution concepts across processes, data, and technology platforms

• Ensure alignment of solutions with enterprise architecture standards and strategic objectives

• Manage dependencies across systems, platforms, processes, and data domains

• Collaborate between business teams, process architects, platform owners, and IT stakeholders

• Support portfolio planning and roadmap development by assessing feasibility, value potential, scalability, and implementation dependencies

• Contribute to the adoption, utilization, and scaling of digital solutions across the organization

Requirements

• Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field

• 6+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Digital Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, or Product Delivery environments

• Proven experience designing end-to-end business solutions within complex enterprise organizations

• Strong understanding of enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, and/or ServiceNow

• Ability to connect business objectives with technology solutions and measurable outcomes

• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across business and IT functions

• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
