Description

You will design, govern, and continuously improve end-to-end solution architecture for business-critical Finance & Risk capabilities. You will partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Operations, Architecture, and Technology to translate strategic priorities into scalable and implementable solutions, while balancing immediate delivery outcomes with long-term architectural direction.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern end-to-end architecture solutions translating Finance & Risk business needs into robust, scalable designs

• Partner with Finance, Risk, Operations, Architecture, and Technology stakeholders

• Contribute to and/or review architecture for mergers & acquisitions initiatives

• Define clear functional architecture and logical component interactions

• Support decommissioning and archival initiatives as part of the long-term architectural roadmap

• Ensure technical designs align with published architecture, IT principles, standards, and governance processes

• Conduct peer reviews to maintain architectural integrity and standards compliance

• Communicate effectively and engage confidently with senior stakeholders

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, ideally in complex financial services

• Deep expertise in one or more Finance & Risk domains

• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale solutions within structured governance

• Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and thought leadership with a delivery-focused approach

• Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1 level)

• Delivery-focused, autonomous ownership mindset
