Description

Own and govern end-to-end architecture solutions that translate Finance & Risk business needs into scalable, resilient, and implementable designs. Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Operations, Architecture, and Technology to balance immediate delivery outcomes with long-term architectural strategy. Ensure architectural integrity and standards compliance through peer reviews and alignment with published architecture and IT principles.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern end-to-end architecture solutions for Finance & Risk capabilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Risk, Operations, Architecture, Technology)

• Contribute to or review architecture for mergers & acquisitions initiatives

• Define functional architecture and logical component interactions

• Support decommissioning and archival activities within the architectural roadmap

• Ensure engineering designs align with the published architecture

• Conduct peer reviews to maintain architecture standards and integrity

• Create practical, implementable architectures aligned to IT principles, standards, and governance processes

• Communicate confidently with senior stakeholders

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, ideally in complex financial services

• Deep expertise in one or more Finance & Risk domains

• Enterprise-scale solution design experience within structured governance

• Strong stakeholder engagement and thought leadership with a delivery focus

• English communication skills at C1 level
