Description

Manage a team of specialists supporting MAXIMO, the WEBCON BPS platform, and FLEXERA. Coordinate with external suppliers to develop and improve solutions across the group and ensure the section operates effectively with high quality and responsiveness. Provide technical leadership and grow the team’s competencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of specialists supporting MAXIMO, WEBCON BPS, and FLEXERA
• Work with external vendors on development of the solutions for the group
• Ensure effective functioning of the section and develop team competencies
• Provide technical leadership and ensure quality and speed of delivered services

Requirements

• Practical end-to-end knowledge of software development processes
• Experience collaborating with external vendors
• Knowledge of MAXIMO systems
• Knowledge of WEBCON BPS platform
• Knowledge of FLEXERA systems
• Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving
• Reliability, responsibility, and timely delivery
• Ability to organize work and work independently in a changing business environment
• Ability to react quickly to changes
• Leadership approach using goals and driving their achievement
