• Role: Business System Analyst (Business & System Analysis)

Description

You will bridge business and technology by gathering, analyzing, and refining requirements from stakeholders and translating them into system requirements. You will model business processes using BPMN and UML, and produce functional specifications including use cases, user stories, mockups, and data models. You will collaborate with developers, testers, architects, and business representatives, and support data/system analysis and integration interface documentation for REST API / XML / JSON.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and system requirements from stakeholders and convert them into system requirements

• Create and develop business process models in BPMN and UML

• Prepare functional specifications, use cases, user stories, mockups, and data models

• Work closely with developers, testers, architects, and business stakeholders

• Support analysis of data and system structures

• Use Enterprise Architect and Jira in day-to-day project work

• Analyze and describe system interfaces (REST API, XML, JSON)

• Participate in IT projects for key business processes at scale and high complexity

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a system analyst in IT projects

• Very good knowledge of UML and BPMN with practical use

• Experience creating system analyses: specifications, use cases, user stories, mockups, and data models

• Knowledge of Enterprise Architect and Jira

• Basic SQL knowledge and relational databases; basic REST API, XML, JSON knowledge

• Experience working with business stakeholders and delivery teams

• Knowledge of estimation methods IFPUG and/or COSMIC

• Very good Polish; ability to work with technical documentation in English
