Description

You will perform business and systems analyses to support the development and ongoing maintenance of IT solutions. The work includes requirements analysis, business process and data modeling (UML/BPMN), creation and updates of analytical documentation, and close collaboration with business stakeholders and development teams. You will also analyze integration solutions using REST API, XML, and JSON.

Responsibilities

• Prepare business and systems analyses for IT solutions

• Analyze and specify business and system requirements

• Model business processes using UML and BPMN

• Create use cases, user stories, mockups, and data models

• Analyze data and relational database structures

• Prepare and update analytical documentation

• Analyze integration solutions using REST API, XML, and JSON

• Use Enterprise Architect and Jira during analysis work

• Apply IFPUG and/or COSMIC methodology

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of project experience in an IT system analyst role

• Participation in at least 2 IT projects in the last 3 years as an analyst

• Knowledge of UML and BPMN

• Ability to produce system analyses including use cases, user stories, mockups, and data models

• Practical knowledge of data analysis and business process modeling

• Experience working with client-side stakeholders and development teams

• Knowledge of Enterprise Architect

• Experience using Jira

• Knowledge of REST API, XML, and JSON

• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases

• Knowledge of IFPUG and/or COSMIC

• Fluent Polish in speech and writing

• English knowledge enabling effective use of IT documentation

• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
