Description

You will work on a healthcare-focused IT project performing business and system analysis. Responsibilities include eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements, and modeling business and system processes using UML and BPMN. You will also prepare analytical documentation and requirement specifications, design system solutions and integrations, and write User Stories and acceptance criteria in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in modeling and engineering business processes and specifying requirements for IT systems

• Experience using UML and BPMN

• Minimum 3 years of UML and BPMN modeling in a CASE tool (preferred: Sparx Enterprise Architect)

• Experience in at least 3 Agile projects where tasks for the development team were described as User Stories

• Knowledge of IT architecture modeling, IT system design, and software engineering

• Ability to elicit business requirements for IT projects
