Description

You will prepare high-quality system documentation, including assumptions and specifications for process mockups, flow diagrams, and process steps. You will analyze business processes and process flows to identify irregularities and errors, recommend solutions, and initiate improvements. You will collaborate with IT units to design and implement system changes, and prepare tasks for system and software analysts based on technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain system documentation according to organizational standards

• Develop assumptions and specifications for mockups, process flow schemes, and step-by-step process definitions

• Keep documentation updated for the team

• Prepare tasks for system analysts and software developers based on technical documentation

• Analyze business processes, identify irregularities, and initiate actions to eliminate them

• Analyze process flows to find errors, their causes, and propose appropriate solutions

• Work with IT units on analysis, design, and implementation of system changes

• Proactively identify problems, propose improvements, and drive optimization of business and system processes

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in systems analysis in the banking sector in investment products or brokerage areas

• Experience delivering full-cycle changes: from initiation and requirements analysis through implementation and testing to deployment

• Experience in complex projects using Scrum

• Knowledge of UML and BPMN, system integration, and design patterns

• Ability to analyze and specify business and system requirements and collaborate with stakeholders

• Ability to create SQL queries and retrieve data from databases

• Ability to analyze errors based on system logs, including using Elasticsearch

• Practical knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Enterprise Architect, and Draw.io

• Knowledge of investment products
