Description

Work with an Agile team on systems supporting processes for acquiring and maintaining relationships with individual and institutional customers. You will perform systems analysis, model business and system processes using UML and BPMN, and analyze integrations with external systems including REST and asynchronous communication. You will also produce analytical documentation and support the design of system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct systems analysis of solutions supporting customer relationship acquisition and maintenance processes

• Model business processes and system solutions using UML and BPMN

• Analyze integrations with external systems, including REST communication and asynchronous communication

• Collaborate with the project team in an Agile methodology

• Prepare analytical documentation and support system solution design

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in systems analysis

• Knowledge of systems analysis methods and techniques

• Intermediate knowledge of REST, BPM, and RabbitMQ

• Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL

• Intermediate knowledge of UML

• Knowledge of BPMN, AsyncAPI, and Apache Kafka

• Experience in Agile

• Good organization, independence, and communication
