Description

You will translate business needs into system requirements and technical specifications. The work includes BPMN/UML process modeling, designing logical system architecture and components, and preparing analytical and technical documentation (including user stories and backlogs). You will also design REST API integrations and contracts, support development during implementation, and keep documentation up to date as the product evolves.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and map them to system requirements and technical specs

  • Model business and system processes in BPMN and UML

  • Design logical architecture and system components

  • Create analytical and technical documentation

  • Write use cases, user stories, and maintain the backlog

  • Define data models and business rules

  • Design system-to-system integrations and prepare REST API specifications

  • Design API contracts, services, and integration diagrams

  • Prepare integration requirements for systems working with KRUZ

  • Prepare UI mockups and user interface concepts

  • Run analytical workshops with business stakeholders

  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and development teams

  • Support developers during implementation

  • Ensure consistency between business requirements and the technical solution

  • Co-create new functionality and support product development after the first system release

  • Continuously update documentation as the product evolves

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of systems analysis experience

  • Participation in at least 3 projects involving design or development of systems supporting business processes

  • Experience in at least one greenfield application build project

  • Experience independently producing analytical documentation (also as a lead analyst)

  • Experience designing integrations between systems

  • Practical experience designing and documenting REST API integrations

  • Practical experience modeling business and system processes using BPMN and UML

  • Experience collaborating with development teams during project delivery

  • Higher technical education or equivalent professional experience
