Description

You will identify, analyze, and document business requirements for banking product development and digital services. The role includes running analytical workshops, modeling business processes and information flows, and translating business needs into functional and non-functional IT requirements. You will also support testing, business acceptance, and rollout activities for new solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and document business requirements
• Organize and lead workshops and analytical meetings
• Analyze and model business processes and information flows
• Prepare analytical documentation, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements
• Collaborate with architects and developer teams during requirement implementation
• Prepare test scenarios and support acceptance testing
• Participate in business acceptances and implementation activities
• Support communication and training related to new solutions
• Work with stakeholders to refine business needs
