Description

You will support a banking software project related to mortgage lending and credit risk assessment. The work includes business process modeling and optimization, translating business requirements into functional and technical solutions, and producing analytical deliverables to support implementation and testing.

Responsibilities

• Model business processes and identify areas for optimization

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions

• Prepare analytical documentation, functional specifications, wireframes, and process flow diagrams

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, system analysts, product teams, and IT units

• Create test cases and test scenarios and support the testing process

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in analytical services in the banking sector, specifically in mortgage lending and credit risk assessment

• Practical knowledge of mortgage loan processes, covering both sales and post-sales operations

• Knowledge of regulations related to mortgage loans

• Experience independently leading business analysis and preparing user stories

• Ability to write specifications for wireframes, process flow diagrams, and analytical documentation

• Experience creating test cases and test scenarios

• Knowledge of banking applications used in mortgage loans and credit risk areas

• Ability to interpret business requirements and map them to functional and technical solutions

• Experience implementing changes end-to-end (from initiation to deployment)

• Experience working on complex projects in Scrum methodology

• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and identify improvements supporting business goals

• Independence, initiative, and responsibility for the quality of delivered work
