Description

You will support the definition of requirements and the design of data products by collaborating with business and development teams. Your work includes analyzing logical and physical data models, optimizing data flow and processes, and designing scalable data structures for analytics and reporting. You will also maintain governance, data quality, security, and data architecture documentation aligned with GDPR/RODO.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and development teams to define requirements and design data products

• Analyze logical and physical data models for correct mapping of new data products

• Analyze business processes and data-flow schemes to optimize them and effectively design new data products

• Work with business teams and data architects to define relationships between business areas and develop scalable data structures supporting analytics and reporting

• Maintain governance standards, data quality, security, and data architecture documentation per organizational requirements and GDPR/RODO

• Develop and maintain metadata, business glossaries, and data-flow maps

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or data analyst, preferably in banking-sector projects

• Practical knowledge of modeling tools: Erwin and Enterprise Architect

• Knowledge and understanding of banking regulatory requirements

• Knowledge and understanding of banking processes and products

• Ability to translate business requirements into data models

• Experience working with stakeholders (business + IT)

• High communication skills and independence
