Description

You will work on the full lifecycle of EDI/e-invoicing implementation projects—from requirements analysis and configuration to final go-live—ensuring solutions match client needs. The role includes using AI tools to optimize analysis, generate specifications, and streamline deployment processes, while collaborating with technical teams. You’ll also provide ongoing support, instruction, and training for the implemented system.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and work with data by collecting, mapping, and verifying business needs with clients

• Participate in end-to-end implementation of IT systems: analysis, configuration, and final launch

• Use and adapt AI tools to improve information analysis, generate specifications, and optimize deployment processes

• Collaborate closely with technical teams (developers and analysts) to ensure delivery aligns with client requirements

• Provide continuous subject-matter support and conduct instructions and training on system usage

Requirements

• Technical higher education

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience; experience in e-Invoicing/EDI preferred

• Fluent English and Polish

• Openness to new technologies and ability to use AI/GenAI tools (LLM/GenAI) to optimize and automate personal work

• Strong communication, quick learning, responsibility, attention to detail, independence, and good organization
