Description

You’ll work on client projects for an ERP solution managing economic, accounting, and tax agendas. The role includes requirement gathering, solution analysis and presentation, support for development (verification, testing, report templates, documentation), and hands-on customer rollout, user training, and helpdesk support. You’ll also continuously track legislative changes affecting accounting, taxes, VAT, GDPR, and leasing/credit products.

Responsibilities

• Hold regular client, project manager, and development meetings on current topics/issues
• Identify client needs and define requirements for new development or services
• Prepare solution proposals/analyses, present them to customers, adjust based on feedback, and prepare handover to development
• Provide analytical support during programming: verification, creating print/report templates, building reports using SQL queries, and writing documentation
• Install and verify the solution at the customer site; provide customer support
• Provide helpdesk support, validate and track reported defects
• Train users on system functionality
• Stay up to date on legislative changes affecting accounting, taxes, VAT, GDPR, and leasing/credit products

Requirements

• Strong consulting and analytical capabilities
• Ability to run meetings, moderate conflicts of interest, and defend proposed solutions
• Ability to communicate complex technical problems to non-technical stakeholders and complex business processes to developers
• Independent working
• Good orientation in financial products, including insurance
• SQL skills: ability to read and write SQL queries
