Description

You will take end-to-end responsibility for AI-focused projects, from first concept to technical implementation. You develop practical AI solution approaches for complex, regulated environments, select suitable tools, and validate feasibility in real scenarios while integrating ethical principles and legal requirements into the system architecture. You actively structure customer discussions and support team growth through hands-on knowledge transfer in software engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI system projects from initial concept through technical delivery

• Develop concrete AI solution approaches for regulated environments

• Choose appropriate tools and assess their implementability in real-world scenarios

• Design complex systems with ethical principles and legal compliance embedded in architecture decisions

• Facilitate customer meetings and drive structured decision-making processes

• Provide practical knowledge transfer to strengthen teams in software engineering

Requirements

• Degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable background

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience

• Experience with IT projects, particularly in public administration

• Confident working with modern AI and data tools

• Clear, open, and confident communication style

• Very good German and good English skills
