Description

Manage and support SAP VIM to ensure smooth invoice processing and system functionality. Customize VIM processes to meet business needs, lead testing, troubleshoot VIM interfaces/workflows/configurations, and perform root cause analysis with corrective actions. Monitor system performance, document processes and use cases, and provide user support and training with recommendations for enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support SAP VIM for invoice processing and system functionality

• Customize VIM processes to business requirements; lead testing

• Troubleshoot VIM interfaces, workflows, and configurations

• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

• Document technical processes and use cases

• Monitor performance, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvements

• Support users, provide training, and recommend system enhancements

Requirements

• Completed studies in (business) informatics or comparable qualification

• Very good knowledge of SAP VIM configuration (Invoice Capture Center ICC/BCC, Open Text Archive Server, Enterprise scan tool)

• Knowledge of electronic invoicing processes (desirable)

• Knowledge of SAP FI module (FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA)

• 3–6 years of consulting experience

• Extensive knowledge of relevant business processes

• Very good written and spoken English skills (German is an additional plus)

• ABAP skills (a plus)
