Description

Lead the adoption and implementation of AI solutions across the organization, from identifying high-value use cases to building prototypes and driving business-wide adoption. You will translate business requirements into AI agent workflows, validate solutions before scale, and integrate them with Microsoft 365 and business systems. You’ll also establish standards for responsible AI, security, and governance while ensuring effective user adoption through training and change management.

Responsibilities

• Identify business processes where AI and automation can improve productivity, quality, speed, or cost efficiency

• Translate business requirements into AI solutions, from use case and prototype through implementation and adoption

• Design and develop AI agents and agentic workflows for internal business processes

• Build prototypes and validate AI solutions before full-scale implementation

• Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, ERP/CRM systems, databases, and internal applications

• Work with APIs, connectors, webhooks, and automation platforms

• Coordinate stakeholders across business, IT, developers, technology vendors, and implementation partners

• Define project objectives, KPIs, risks, timelines, and expected business value/ROI

• Establish standards for AI security, data access, governance, and responsible AI use

• Drive user adoption via training, documentation, communication, and change management

• Continuously evaluate new AI technologies and recommend measurable solutions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technology, digital transformation, automation, AI implementation, or related fields

• Proven experience delivering and implementing AI solutions in a business environment

• Hands-on experience designing and building AI agents, AI assistants, or agentic workflows

• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, tool/function calling, structured outputs, and workflow automation

• Experience with OpenAI/ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or comparable platforms

• Experience integrating AI solutions with business systems using APIs, connectors, webhooks, and automation platforms

• Familiarity with Power Automate, Power BI, or similar tools

• Basic programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript; working knowledge of APIs, JSON, and SQL is an advantage

• Understanding of enterprise data security, access control, GDPR, and AI governance

• Strong project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions and communicate technical concepts clearly

• Very good written and spoken English

• Experience in marine, offshore, shipbuilding, engineering, energy, or other project-based industries is an advantage
