Description

The Business Analyst will analyze daily sales trends and product development, prepare analyses, and propose actions to support business activities. You will control and finalize monthly marketing campaigns and evaluate achieved KPIs, verify product availability and inventory, and check technical settings such as website functionality and product descriptions. The role also involves continuous monitoring of correct promotion setup in internal systems and close collaboration with business, IT, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business results: track daily sales trends and product development; prepare analyses and propose supporting business activities

• Prepare, verify, and finalize monthly marketing campaigns and evaluate KPIs after launch

• Verify product availability and warehouse stock

• Check technical configuration of systems (website, pop-up windows, product descriptions)

• Continuously verify correct setup of promotions in internal systems

Requirements

• Minimum secondary education, ideally in economics, business, or a technical field

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)

• Ability to work with data: analyze results and identify deviations

• Ability to independently prepare clear, visually attractive presentations in MS PowerPoint

• Attention to detail and a high level of responsibility

• Ability to independently organize work and set priorities

• English at a communicative level for daily communication

• Power BI is an advantage
