Description

You will work with clients to drive real organizational change through IT projects in the energy domain. The role goes beyond “project status”—you will help clients choose and contract suppliers, analyze business and financial processes supported by information systems, and oversee the preparation and execution of projects with quality assurance. You will also lead and develop your internal project team.

Responsibilities

  • Support selection and contracting of suppliers, including preparation of technical specifications and support during implementation
  • Review financial and business processes and ensure their support in information systems
  • Monitor and provide quality assurance for project preparation, setup, and delivery (e.g., migrations to SAP S/4HANA)
  • Support and develop the team by coaching team members professionally

Requirements

  • Several years of experience handling client needs and issues independently
  • Understanding of procurement procedures under public procurement law; ability to guide clients through IS/ICT procurement and preparation
  • Ability to quickly orient in new topics and contexts and communicate the essence of the problem clearly
  • Experience in implementation projects for large enterprise information systems (ERP, CRM, SCM, etc.)
  • Ability to manage larger IT projects and teams
  • Knowledge of process analysis
  • Ability to manage changing client requirements and produce practical, well-structured deliverables
  • Ability to model the architecture of implemented systems
  • Ability to explain the difference between cloud and on-premise implementations
  • Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate well with team members
