Description

You will design and implement IT projects with a focus on secure, high-performing network and security infrastructure, providing technical consulting and customer support. The work includes creating IT concepts, selecting and planning IT components, and analyzing existing environments to define optimization solutions. You will support technical pre-sales activities and be involved in structured project planning.

Responsibilities

• Technical implementation of IT projects

• Create and develop individual IT concepts

• Select, plan, and assemble suitable IT components

• Provide technical sales support during customer meetings

• Support the sales team in preparing technical offers

• Contribute to creating and structuring project plans

• Provide technical consulting and ongoing customer support

• Analyze current IT environments and develop appropriate optimization approaches

Requirements

• Completed IT training or degree (e.g., IT specialist, IT systems electronics, computer science)

• Solid knowledge of 2nd- and 3rd-level support

• Practical experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops

• Practical experience with Citrix ADC / NetScaler

• Practical experience with Citrix Workspace App

• Practical experience with Windows Active Directory (AD, DNS, GPO, DHCP)

• Practical experience with Windows RDS / Terminal Services

• Structured, solution-oriented working approach

• Strong customer and service orientation

• Communication skills and confident appearance in customer discussions

• Ability to work in a team and work independently

• Very good German skills (written and spoken)
