Description

You will connect clients, developers, and project managers—turning customer requirements into clear software specifications, supporting implementations, and helping customers improve how they operate. You’ll be involved in requirements analysis, solution input, and hands-on rollout/support with customers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to identify needs, provide consultation, and maintain long-term relationships (email, phone, in-person meetings)
• Gather and analyze requirements and collaborate with programmers on functional solution design
• Implement software directly with customers, support deployment, and handle operational issues
• Use English actively in day-to-day communication

Requirements

• University/secondary technical, IT, or economics education
• Very good English (spoken and written)
• Advanced PC user skills (MS Office, MS Project)
• Basic SQL knowledge (advantage)
• AI experience is welcome
• Strong communication and presentation skills; independent, reliable, proactive
• Team player mentality
• Driver’s license category B (active driver)
