Description

You will manage long-term relationships with partners such as distributors, streaming services, festivals, and brands. You will propose partner-ready social and content formats (channel, timing, and concept) and coordinate delivery with the editorial and social teams. You will also represent the platform at premieres, press conferences, and film festivals.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with partners and arrange collaborations, primarily on social media and in Kinobox content

• Design partnership proposals: format, platform, timing, and how it fits both partners and the audience

• Maintain relationships over time, supporting repeat partners

• Attend premieres, press conferences, journalist screenings, and film festivals as the platform’s face

• Work closely with the editorial and social teams to ensure the delivered outcome matches agreements

Requirements

• Ability to work independently with clear goals and autonomy

• High-level communication by email, phone, and in-person

• Strong personal interest in film and awareness of what’s coming to cinemas and streaming

• Solid understanding of social media and how Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, and YouTube work

• Ability to explain partnership ideas to partners

• Sales experience is a plus (not required), with a willingness to be results-driven
