Description

You will play a key role in idea making, creating, and managing social media content for clients. You’ll translate strategy into creative concepts, define how social media videos should look, and coordinate production all the way to publication on time and with precision. You’ll work closely with teams involved in influencer marketing as well as creatives like designers, copywriters, and videomakers.

Responsibilities

• Propose content topics and formats aligned with brand specifications and strategic goals
• Coordinate the full process from idea to publication (planning, briefing, production, and approval)
• Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, videomakers, and subject-matter experts
• Bring new creative solutions such as UGC, simple self-made videos, and motion formats
• Ensure quality and consistency, including meeting deadlines and publication plans
• Lead the client approval process, argue for and defend creative intent
• Help set realistic expectations with clients

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading social media for a brand, agency clients, or social media idea making
• Ability to recognize strong copy and visuals worthy of the 21st century and improve them
• Creative thinking combined with efficient production management
• Ability to develop new formats and understand why posts should matter to the audience
• Teamwork skills and reliability
• Strong organizational skills to manage timing, quality, and volume of deliverables
• Comfortable communicating with clients and defending good ideas
