Description

You will connect the platform with new creators and locations where it can be useful, building relationships that continue after registration.

Expect proactive outreach (e.g., via Instagram messages, phone calls, and events) and ongoing support to help creators launch and keep them engaged.

You’ll work in a results-driven way, using AI to automate routine tasks and spend more time on creators.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to new creators and relevant community spaces

• Help creators understand and start using the platform successfully

• Maintain contact with creators after onboarding

• Track and systematically follow up on communications

• Use creator feedback to inform what the platform should develop next

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of the Czech creative scene

• Interest in content creators who produce strong content and are growing

• Orientation in local culture and events; comfort operating in that environment

• Ability to go beyond registration: understand creator needs, support launch, and stay in touch

• Systematic working style with clear control over ongoing conversations and follow-ups

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset

• AI is a normal part of your work
