Description

You’ll independently manage your own client accounts—from content planning and publishing to client communication and coordination with design and production. Create Czech social content across brands (copy, visual concepts, and video scripts), set up and evaluate brand paid social campaigns using Meta Ads, and use AI daily for ideation, writing variants, and creative briefs. You’ll report results back to clients and help maintain high creative and quality standards through internal reviews.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead client work end-to-end: content plan, publishing, and client communication
• Produce social media content across brands: Czech copy, visual suggestions, and video scripts
• Coordinate deliverables with the client, design, and production teams; manage deadlines and details
• Set up and evaluate brand paid social campaigns; work with Meta Ads and derive recommendations from performance data
• Use AI daily—from first concepts through text variants and inputs for the creative team
• Proactively propose improvements to content, processes, and outcomes
• Participate in internal reviews of key outputs and support the team’s high creative/quality standards

Requirements

• Experience independently managing clients; able to run processes across multiple clients without last-minute quality or deadline issues
• Native-level Czech copywriting skills; can switch between brands while sounding authentically Czech
• Understanding of platforms, analytics, and paid promotion; ability to read data and report to clients
• Ability to handle multiple brands at once reliably
• Strong sense of what content works; trend awareness but grounded in brand goals
• Ability to communicate directly, follow up, and keep up with fast pace
• Sports interest is an advantage
• Not only create strong outputs, but also explain why they work and provide constructive feedback
• Willingness to find recurring tasks that can be simplified, automated, or refined with AI
