Description

Create and develop social media content across platforms (IG, FB, TikTok, LinkedIn and more). Ideate and produce short-form video and campaign concepts, manage client social channels including community management, and help execute content strategies with a team focused on performance and creative. The role is 70% writing and 30% creative/video content & graphics.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop social media content (IG, FB, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms)
• Develop and deliver creative concepts, campaigns, and short-form video content
• Manage client social media including community management
• Contribute to content strategies and their execution
• Collaborate with teams (performance, strategy, design) on campaigns
• Monitor trends and adapt them into brand- and results-relevant content

Requirements

• Practical experience with social media management and content creation
• Copywriting and community management skills
• Ability to work with content across platforms
• Ability to shoot and edit video (reels, TikTok, short-form)
• Strong eye for visual and text; able to create simple graphics in Canva or CapCut
• Ability to think creatively and also from a performance/results perspective
• Reliability and strong time management; ability to deliver on deadlines
