Description

Create and execute engaging social media content for company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Film and edit short, dynamic, high-impact videos from available apartments, strengthen the “Klíče stačí” brand, and apply current social media marketing trends in the real-estate context.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish social media content for the listed platforms
• Produce advertising videos (shooting and editing short, punchy clips)
• Build brand awareness and promote the benefits of guaranteed rent and property management
• Monitor and implement social media trends relevant to real-estate marketing

Requirements

• Experience with copywriting and content creation
• Experience filming and editing short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Confidence in front of the camera (you will be one of the faces of the project)
• Creativity, graphic sense, and attention to detail
• Independence: take an idea, produce it, and evaluate results
• Interest in real estate, properties, and investments (big advantage)
