Description

Design high-impact trading experiences across responsive web and native mobile platforms. You’ll turn complex financial workflows into clear, accessible experiences, lead the work from discovery through delivery, and elevate UX craft across the product ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design from early discovery through launch and iteration, using client needs, business goals, and data
• Design cohesive interactions across web and native mobile, with strong attention to layout, typography, color, motion, and system interaction
• Simplify data-intensive trading workflows without losing precision and power expected by experienced investors
• Use and evolve the Schwab design system with consistent, scalable patterns and components
• Partner with product managers, software developers, researchers, content strategists, accessibility specialists, and business partners in an Agile environment
• Facilitate problem framing and ideation; communicate a clear design point of view using rationale and storytelling
• Lead cross-disciplinary UX efforts, identify risks early, and help teams navigate ambiguity
• Champion accessible, inclusive, high-quality experiences across the product lifecycle
