Description

You will design user experiences that solve customer problems by bringing together user experience and creative design. You will drive intuitive, data-driven solutions and guide user-centered methodologies from strategy and research through design and user testing.

You will own Voice of the Customer, customer satisfaction tracking, and end-to-end journey definition, including optimization that removes friction to drive conversion and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the UX process and implementation of projects across different business units
  • Conceptualize interfaces, visualize digital experiences/applications, and connect each touchpoint to the full user experience
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative user research and synthesize user/customer data to identify opportunities
  • Recommend user-centric design directions with an eye toward human value, feasibility, and economy
  • Conduct user testing and qualitative sessions to improve engagement, usability, and affinity
  • Apply, promote, and iterate design guidelines, best practices, and standards (Chubb Design System)
  • Follow responsive logic and produce adaptive design screens
  • Provide UI implementation support across different platforms and sites
  • Illustrate design ideas using collaborative design tools such as Figma
  • Connect design strategy to business results

Requirements

  • Willing and able to challenge the status quo for the good of customer and user experience design
  • Effectively interact with key roles within a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication and time management with a sense of ownership and urgency
  • Facilitate design feedback/review sessions and explain design approaches/technical details
  • Experience with iterative design process and MVP mindset
  • Experience with design thinking and human-centered design frameworks
  • Ability and willingness to learn Agile ways of working
  • 5+ years hands-on UX experience (preferred)
  • Experience with Fintech products and AI use in design (advantage)
  • Prior experience as a product designer or UX/UI designer
  • Experience across UX research, wireframing, high-fidelity UI design, and user testing
  • Proficient in Figma and Mural
  • Understand design implementation (not only proof-of-concept)
  • Experience with responsive design and UI handoff
  • Web technologies knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (plus)
  • Associate/Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field or UX/UI certification
