• Role: UI Design Associate / User Interface Designer

Description

You will design clear, intuitive, and visually cohesive user interfaces for digital products—translating product intent and user needs into usable, accessible, and consistent designs across platforms. You will balance independent execution with close collaboration across design and delivery teams, guiding interfaces from concept through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user interfaces, including screens, layouts, components, and interaction states

• Create visual and interactive elements that guide users through workflows and tasks

• Apply design systems, patterns, and standards to ensure consistency across products and platforms

• Translate requirements and user insights into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes

• Collaborate with UX designers, researchers, engineers, and product partners to align interface design with user needs and technical constraints

• Review implemented designs to ensure visual and interaction fidelity to approved designs

• Iterate designs based on usability findings, feedback, and evolving product requirements
