Description

Design platform, mobile, and connected product experiences that solve real customer problems and improve usability. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma while aligning with design systems and standards. Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers to take experiences from research through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support design of platform, mobile, and connected product experiences

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma

• Participate in user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, observation)

• Translate research findings and product requirements into intuitive, accessible UX

• Collaborate cross-functionally across product development

• Contribute to continuous improvement of design systems, reusable components, and UX best practices

• Iterate designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, data insights, and technical considerations

• Document design decisions, interaction specifications, and UX guidelines

• Assist with journey mapping, information architecture, and workflow design

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Product Design, Customer Experience, or Information Architecture

• 2+ years of experience designing digital products, apps, websites, software platforms, or customer experiences

• Basic understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, accessibility standards, and design thinking
