Description

Lead the setup and standardization of financial processes across multiple countries within the real estate portfolio, ensuring high-quality reporting and cross-border alignment. You will review financial files from outsourced accounting firms and regional entities at the General Ledger (GL) level, investigate discrepancies, and drive corrections with external vendors and local partners. You’ll also adapt to different local accounting standards and tax approaches, with occasional travel to international branches.

Responsibilities

• Design, set up, and improve budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes for multi-country real estate companies
• Perform deep financial analysis and quality control of financial files to ensure accuracy and integrity down to the GL
• Communicate with outsourced service providers and local partners to investigate discrepancies, fix errors, and maintain smooth financial operations
• Learn and apply different local accounting standards and tax approaches
• Travel as needed for projects to international branches and partners

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar financial, analytical, or controlling role
• Strong ability to read, analyze, and investigate financial data at the GL level
• Experience working with outsourced service providers is a plus
• Professional English proficiency
• Advanced MS Excel and Power Query knowledge
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and drive tasks forward
• Proactive problem-solving, analytical thinking, ownership, and attention to detail
