Description

You will act as the “voice of the corporate systems”, translating stakeholder requirements, regulatory obligations, operational workflows, and enterprise data needs into prioritized roadmap plans. You will lead the Corporate Systems team, partner closely with Engineering and business leadership, and ensure stable, scalable, efficient platforms that improve enterprise KPIs such as financial accuracy, operational efficiency, compliance, employee experience, and cost optimization.

Role Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for corporate systems, turning insights and requests into an actionable vision for incremental and innovative experiences
  • Prioritize features across functional domains and product groups to support an enterprise cross-functional roadmap
  • Drive customer value and business outcomes through MVP and mature feature delivery
  • Manage results via metrics, forecasting, competitive awareness, and executive reporting
  • Make data-backed product decisions (go/no-go, risk vs. reward, cost/benefit, ROI), including knowing when to reverse course
  • Manage a multimillion-dollar capital and professional services budget; forecast and build business cases for funding, vendors, and staffing

Delivery & Execution

  • Lead development and execution of the data and analytics roadmap with planning cycles (annual/quarterly)
  • Oversee data governance and data lifecycle management adherence
  • Create/manage user stories and prioritize and deliver backlog items with the team
  • Partner with stakeholders to align roadmaps and KPIs; work with Engineering to ensure data infrastructure and tools; coordinate with Program/Portfolio for on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Participate in standups, planning, demos, and retrospectives to foster collaboration
  • Formulate hypotheses for A/B tests, prototypes, and research; ensure successful experiments translate into site features
  • Manage vendor portfolio (selection, budgeting, oversight), including SLAs, RFPs, and contract negotiation

People

  • Act as a change influencer who embraces new methods and challenges the status quo; communicate and influence across executives
  • Lead group product managers; evangelize roadmap and translate technical concepts into plain language
  • Manage staff (Product Managers, Designers, Analyst): set goals, provide guidance, and mentorship

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7–10 years experience
  • 7+ years of product leadership (preferably product management or digital strategy) in large cross-functional retail environments
