Description

You will be responsible for comprehensive accounting operations, including invoices (received and issued), cash, bank accounts, and internal documents. You will manage the asset register and prepare reporting for management and the parent company, assist with payroll inputs and communicate with the payroll accountant and tax advisors, and support VAT and corporate income tax (DPPO) activities. You will also support monthly and annual financial statements and payment orders, with limited HR administration (contracts and employee onboarding/offboarding).

Responsibilities

• Complete accounting management incl. invoices, cash, bank, and internal documents

• Maintain and manage fixed assets; reporting for directors and the parent company

• Prepare payroll-related inputs; coordinate with payroll accountant and tax advisors

• Handle tax agenda (VAT) and collaborate on corporate income tax (DPPO)

• Support monthly and annual closing, and prepare payment orders

• Assist with HR agenda at the edge level (contracts, employee start/leave)

• Own and be accountable for the company’s accounting agenda

Requirements

• At least 3 years of practice as an independent accountant in a similar position

• Attention to detail, reliability, independence, and organizational skills

• Good knowledge of accounting and tax regulations

• SAP knowledge is an advantage

• Basic communicative English (primarily for email communication)
