Description

You will help raise the company’s controlling to a higher level in an e-commerce/business setting. The assignment covers analyzing current data, reporting, and controlling systems; redesigning controlling processes and reporting; and implementing controlling methodologies. You will also introduce alerts and monitor KPIs while collaborating closely with the CFO.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the current state of data, reporting, and controlling systems and identify weak points

• Design and redefine controlling processes and the reporting system (technical creation supported by internal resources)

• Implement and set up controlling processes and methodologies

• Introduce alerts and monitor KPIs

• Work closely with, and remain accountable to, the CFO

Requirements

• Proven senior experience in controlling, including setting up controlling systems in mid-sized companies

• Ability to approach controlling comprehensively—strategically and practically

• Partner-oriented mindset for data-driven company management and process setup

• E-commerce/commercial company experience is a strong advantage

• Availability for an external interim hourly engagement starting 1.10.2026 or by agreement
