Description

Own day-to-day bookkeeping and support month-end/year-end close and the annual statutory audit. Maintain management reports, handle invoice processing, and ensure accurate records through reconciliations and payment-order workflows. The role mixes hands-on accounting with space to take on controlling and analytical work for management.

Responsibilities

• Support the month-end and year-end close and the annual statutory audit

• Maintain management reports

• Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth financial operations

• Enter and post incoming invoices and issue outgoing invoices

• Account for cash and bank transactions, including reconciliations

• Prepare payment orders and support the payment cycle

• Ensure accurate financial records and reliable financial reporting

• Turn financial data into clear, accurate information for company management

• Work comfortably with international colleagues (US branch)

Requirements

• At least 5 years of accounting experience, ideally including full close cycles

• Solid knowledge of Czech double-entry accounting

• Ability to manage your own agenda independently

• Communicative English level for working with international colleagues

• Secondary or university education in accounting, finance, or a related field
